Your rights (GDPR & CCPA/CPRA)
You have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, request a copy (portability), correct it, delete it, and opt out of any sale/share (we don't sell — see Do Not Sell). We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
How to submit a request
Email support@get-sunny.com with the subject "Data Request" and tell us: (1) the request type (access / copy / correct / delete), and (2) the phone number you use with Sunny, so we can verify and locate your account. For your protection we may take steps to verify your identity before acting.
Timing & cost
Requests are free. We aim to respond within 30 days (GDPR) / 45 days (CCPA), and will tell you if we need more time. An authorised agent or a parent/guardian (for a user under 13) may submit a request on someone's behalf.
